The Anputide batch documentation practice

Every Anputide shipment carries a batch-specific analytical document set. The set covers the certificate of analysis with the reporting laboratory and test dates, the HPLC chromatogram, mass-spectrometry identity data, the current specification revision and the SDS. Example records are available on request at the quotation stage. Documents support the buyer's receiving review; they do not replace incoming inspection or market authorization.

What is in the document set?

Anputide per-batch document set
DocumentWhat it records
Certificate of analysis (COA)Issued per batch by the manufacturing quality team; states the reporting laboratory, test dates, methods and measured results for that lot.
HPLC chromatogramAccompanies the COA so your team can review peak purity against the declared limit.
Mass-spectrometry identity dataAccompanies the COA to support identity confirmation against the ordered material.
Specification sheetThe current revision your order is released against, shared during quotation so both sides review the same limits.
Safety data sheet (SDS)Provided for handling, storage and transport classification.

When each document arrives in the buying process

  1. Quotation stage. Current specification revision and, on request, example batch documents are shared so your quality team can review format and fields before committing.
  2. Order confirmation. The batch document set applicable to your shipment is listed in the order confirmation, so document expectations are agreed before production release.
  3. Pre-shipment. Batch-specific COA, HPLC chromatogram and MS data for your actual lot are collected and delivered with the shipping file.
  4. Receiving review. Your team compares the delivered set against your acceptance criteria; discrepancies are routed to the manufacturer for technical resolution.

How to verify a delivered COA refers to your lot

Check five fields: the lot number matches your shipment, the reporting laboratory is named, test dates sit within the release window, methods are stated per test, and the document carries the legal role of a batch record rather than a marketing summary. The walkthrough with a field-by-field comparison table is published on this site as a guide.

Batch documentation questions

Are documents batch-specific or typical?

Every COA delivered with a shipment is batch-specific: it names the lot, the reporting laboratory and the test dates. Typical (marketing) COAs are used only during early evaluation, never as release records.

Can our quality team review documents before we place a first order?

Yes. Request example batch documents at the quotation stage. Your team can verify that the fields, methods and layout meet your record requirements before any commitment.

Who resolves a technical discrepancy found at receiving?

Technical questions about methods, limits or results go to the manufacturing quality team. Anputide coordinates the exchange so commercial and technical threads do not get mixed.

Do documents replace our own incoming inspection?

No. Batch documents support your receiving review; they do not replace your own sampling, testing or supplier-qualification procedures.
